By signing up to a Sol Cleanse you agree that you are of sound health – including but not limited to physical, medical, psychological, and emotional – to be able to complete the program, product, or service that you have signed up for. If you have any concerns about your ability to undertake a product, service, or programme with Sol Cleanse it is your responsibility to consult with an appropriate professional. 

Customer Service Policy

Sol Cleanse is committed to bringing you a high quality product and customer service. All attempts are made to keep products, services, and pricing accurate on the internet. If for any reason Sol Cleanse is not able to provide you with the product or service that you ordered, at a time that you requested, or for the price that you ordered it at, you will be offered alternatives. If these do not satisfy, you will receive a full refund. We are committed to continual improvement, so we welcome any feedback about our products and services. 

Delivery Policy

Sol Cleanse delivers to Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay and other areas of Northern NSW and South Eastern Queensland. All deliveries incur a $19 delivery fee.

General Delivery Advice

Please give us as much information as you can for your delivery location e.g. an exact location for the cleanse to be left, an alternative address (possible work address) if courier has not arrived by a certain time, directions to access your building.

Please plan accordingly, make sure you are available to receive your cleanse the courier is able to reach your address (no locked gates etc).

Please understand that with many deliveries, traffic, unpredictable road conditions, etc. there may be a delay in times, but we do strive to have all cleanses delivered on time.

*We will need to know by 12pm Sunday for a Tuesday start date and by 12pm Wednesday for a Friday start date if you wish to change your delivery location. We cannot make changes after this time as we send our delivery information to our courier service.*

Gold Coast and Tweed Coast:

You will receive your cleanse pack by our refrigerated delivery service the night before you are due to start, so either Monday or Thursday between 4pm-9pm. 5 day cleansers, you will receive a delivery on both Monday and Thursday evenings.

Brisbane Central:

Brisbane Central you will receive your cleanse pack by our refrigerated delivery service on the selected start date of your cleanse, so either Tuesday or Friday with expected delivery between 4am-9am. 5 day cleansers, you will receive a delivery on both Tuesday and Friday mornings.

*please note* if you will be leaving for work in the morning, please let us know approximately what time you will be leaving and an alternative address that the cleanse can be delivered to. Please provide as much information as possible.

In order to allow everyone to receive their cleanse in time there will be some quite early deliveries. Please let us know if you wish to be phoned when your delivery has arrived or if you would like it to be left while you sleep in the morning.

Other Outer Brisbane, Gold Coast and other Northern NSW:

If you live on the outskirts of our delivery areas and want to find out your options for delivery, please email us at info@solcleanse.com with your query. Please include your full address.

 

Pick Up Policy

There is no fee for pick up. Pick up is STRICTLY only available between 3.30pm and 4pm on the Monday or Thursday before your cleanse is due to start. Pick up is from 1114 Gold Coast Highway in Palm Beach, next door to Genki Cafe. PLEASE NOTE if your cleanse is not picked up between these times, a $30 delivery fee will be incurred. 

 

Refund Policy

Sol Cleanse will only offer refunds if orders are cancelled at least 4 business days prior to delivery. Sol Cleanse does not offer refunds once product has been delivered to customer. 

Currency

Transactions will be made in Australian dollars

Privacy Policy

Sol Cleanse respects your privacy. Your information is kept securely, and is used only for your order, to provide you with newsletters, and to help your shopping experience to be easier and more personalised. Your information will not be passed on to a third party.
