This may help to give you an insight as to which cleanse you would benefit from the most right now. Our level 1, 3 day cleanse is the most popular option for those just starting out if you are still unsure of which level is best for you.

As our juice has a recommended 3 day shelf life for optimum freshness, we do not advise commencing your cleanse at a later date. It is okay for you to consume the juice on day 4 if needed, however, if you wish for your juice to have the highest vitality, we recommend consuming it within the 3 day period.

Congratulations on the new addition to your family!

We do not recommend juice cleansing during this special time in your life as the body focuses on growing & nourishing the little one rather than cleansing. 

However, you can certainly use our organic juices to help support you in addition to your regular diet. Organic, cold pressed juice would be a beautiful, nutrient dense addition for you to have at the moment to nourish your body. Popular options for this are our juice packs rather than a cleanse program.

If you’re feeling unsure at all, please always seek advice from your chosen medical professional.

Every person is different with a different body type and different lifestyle. It depends on what feels right for you. Some prefer to do one 5 day cleanse every 6 months to a year. Some prefer to cleanse at the change of the seasons while others prefer to cleanse once a month. Listen to your body, experiment and determine what works best for you.

Because there are so many various reasons to cleanse, there is no “perfect” time for a cleanse. 

Many people often desire to do a cleanse during a change in seasons (spring clean), after the holidays, before a special event or when they are looking to get back on track towards a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, many people include cleanses into their regular health programs to maintain overall wellbeing.

We have carefully designed our cleanses alongside nutritional experts to ensure that you are receiving sufficient nutrients for normal healthy functioning.

You are receiving an abundance of essential vitamins and minerals from the fruit and vegetable juices plus loads of extra micronutrients commonly missing from the everyday diet. The nut milks contain extra protein and the dahls contain protein as well as additional insoluble fibre.

Please consult with your healthcare practitioner if you have any questions around your specific health and if cleansing is suitable for any conditions you might have.

Cold pressed juice is loaded with soluble fibre (fibre that dissolves in water), whereas most of the insoluble fibre (fibre that does not dissolve in water) has been removed as the fruit pulp. It is the insoluble fibre that makes up the bulk of our stools. 

This is why some people can experience a reduction in bowel movements during a 3 day juice cleanse, although most people still have normal bowel movements as the digestive tract gets a chance to "catch up" and completely clean out before eating more insoluble fibre again.

Each of our cleanses comes with organic psyllium husks (insoluble fibre) to support bowel movements if you are experiencing a reduction in bowel movements while you are cleansing.

If you are concerned about getting enough insoluble fibre we also suggest doing a Level 1 cleanse as it has the highest fibre content of all of our programs. You will be receiving fibre in the smoothies as well as from the legumes in the dahl.

In general, if you are taking water soluble vitamins, minerals or other supplements you can continue taking these while you are cleansing. 

If you are required to take supplements with food or if you have concerns, please check with your health practitioner to see if you should keep taking them, or if cleansing is appropriate for your condition.

If you are currently taking prescription medications it is recommended that you speak with your health practitioner before undergoing a juice cleanse.

This is not recommended. It is best to do the cleanse on consecutive days if you choose to do a 3 or 5 day cleanse. If this feels too challenging for you at the moment stick to a 1 day cleanse and progress to a longer cleanse when you feel ready.

Cleansing is not recommended for:

• Pregnant and breastfeeding women. This is because toxins are released during a cleanse and can pass into the bloodstream or breast milk, and the calories in the cleanse will not be sufficient to sustain both mother and child.
• People that are losing weight due to an illness or eating disorder
• Children under the age of 18
  

Please consult your health care practitioner before embarking on a cleanse if you have any of these specific conditions:

• Advanced heart, liver or kidney disease
• Diabetes
• MCAD deficiency
• Kidney dysfunction
• Tuberculosis
• Hyperglycemia
• Mentally or emotionally unstable or unwell

There are other more specific health conditions that are not suitable for cleansing so please speak to your health care practitioner if you have any conditions or are unsure at all.

Our juices contain naturally occurring sugars from the cold-pressed fruits and vegetables, which is different from the added and refined sugars we look to crowd out pre-cleanse. When juicing the glucose from the fruits and vegetables serves as the body's energy source in replacement of the regular carbohydrate sources such as oats, sweet potato, quinoa, rice, vegetables and fruits. It’s important to have a source of readily available energy during the cleanse as this is what allows you to still have strength and focus (although they may be slightly reduced) for your cleansing days.

If you are looking for a low-sugar cleanse we have an amazing Gut Healing Cleanse that has been lovingly curated for those who thrive on grounding, warming foods and is designed to support and nourish your gut health.  Alternatively you can also create a Custom Cleanse and include our juices Energise, Harmony, Balance, Prana Vegan, and Prana Mushroom as these are low in natural sugars, along with the seasonal, soups.

We've crafted the Cleanse Booster pack to equip you with all the essentials for your cleanse journey. This includes Probiotics and a Fibre Supplement. We've recently renamed these from 'Be Happy' to 'Bloom' and 'Be Free' to 'Eliminate'. While we update our Detox Booklet to reflect these changes, during your cleanse, please use 'Bloom' instead of 'Be Happy' and 'Eliminate' instead of 'Be Free'.

As all cleanses are pressed to order, we must have all orders placed by midnight on Sunday evening for Monday's production, by midnight Tuesday for Wednesday's production, by midnight Wednesday for Thursday's production, and by midnight Thursday for Friday's production. 

We very frequently sell out before order cut-off times though so please place your order in advance to avoid disappointment.

Because we press everything to order, we are unable to take late orders sorry!

Great! You can upgrade your cleanse even if you have already received your first delivery of juices. This typically happens when people are on a 3 day cleanse and want to extend to a 5 day cleanse.

Simply email us at info@solcleanse.com with your existing order number and details, and we will take care of the rest. We will send you a secure Stripe link for the difference in cleanse price.

At the heart of everything we do lies a deep commitment to sustainability. After enjoying your cleanse, we invite you to participate in our Jar Return Program. Simply return your glass jars and bottles for us to clean, sanitise, and reuse.

• If you place another order for delivery in the near future, please notify us in the “notes” section on the checkout page that you have jars to be collected, and we will ask our driver to collect them when they drop off your next order.
• If you are near the Currumbin (Gold Coast kitchen), Marrickville (Sydney kitchen) or Coburg (Melbourne kitchen) area at all in the near future, we welcome you to return your jars to our kitchen at any time that is convenient for you. If no one is there at the time, you are welcome to leave them at our door and our team will bring them in for sterilisation when they are back in.

Sorry, we do not allow any changes to our signature cleanse programs.We have, however, created the Custom Cleanse which you can select, giving you complete control over which elixirs you would like in your order.

You will get 6 x 400ml elixirs per day of your cleanse so:

- a 1 day cleanse has 6 juices total
- a 3 day cleanse has 18 juices total
- a 5 day cleanse has 30 juices total, but comes in two seperate deliveries to ensure maximum freshness (and to allow plenty of space in your fridge!)

We recommend consuming all of our juices, elixirs, and food items within the first 4 days of receiving them to ensure maximum freshness.

If your order is made on a Monday, the last day of consumption would be a Friday. If made on a Wednesday, the last day of consumption would be a Sunday. If your order is made on a Thursday, the last day of consumption would be a Monday. If made on a Friday, the last day of consumption would be a Tuesday.

Because our cleanses are perishable, if you are not home they will be left at your address. By purchasing a cleanse through Sol Cleanse you are assuming the responsibility in this occurrence.

Our cleanses are packaged in chill wrap and include thermo ice so your order remain cool in the event that we need to leave it at your doorstep. Please be mindful of warm conditions and strive to refrigerate your juices as soon as possible.

Because our juice is made to order and is raw, fresh, and unpasteurised (the real deal) it has a short shelf life. Because of this, all 5 day cleanses are split into two deliveries to ensure maximum freshness of your order.

This is split up according to your selected initial production day when you place your order.

Free pick-up is available from our kitchen strictly between 3:00 - 3:30 pm on your selected production date. Our address is 16/49 Carrington Road, Marrickville, NSW, 2204.

COBURG NORTH (MELBOURNE) PICK UP DETAILS

Free pick-up is available from our kitchen strictly between 3:00 - 3:30 pm on your selected production date. Our address is 5 Wangim Way, Coburg North VIC 3058.

Our deliveries occur between 3 - 10pm.

All elixirs are pressed to order on the day, then leave our kitchen around 2:30 pm for delivery.

We are unable to provide you with an exact time for delivery as our driver's route varies each day in conjunction with traffic delays and congestion, so it is very difficult to predict. However, you will receive an automated SMS message when the driver is 30 minutes away, and another SMS message with a live tracking map of our driver's location when they are then onto your delivery drop. You will also be able to call or message our driver safely via our delivery platform if they or you are having any problems with the delivery.

In the event that you are not home to accept the order, don't worry! Our cleanses and juice packs all come specially packaged in chill wrap + an ice pack so your order will stay cool. Just pop it in the fridge as soon as you get home.
