Dark Chocolate Berry Bark

Enjoy the Easter fun without the guilt, with this simple, delicious and healthy chocolate bark recipe.

Made with only a handful of ingredients, this no bake treat is sweet, tart, rich and delicious with none of the guilt. It's the perfect healthy alternative to the traditional Easter treats.

Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 10 serving

 

Ingredients

1 cup dairy free dark chocolate buttons
2 tablespoons of Sol Cleanse Cacao Latte Powder
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of crushed walnuts
1 cup mixed berries (we've used strawberries, blueberries & raspberries)
Handful of shredded coconut

 

Method

  1. First melt the dark chocolate buttons, coconut oil and Cacao powder in a double boiler over low heat until smooth.
  2. Add the melted chocolate to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread thinly and evenly into a rectangle.
  3. Next sprinkle the fresh berries, walnuts and shredded coconut evenly on top of the dark chocolate.
  4. Place the dark chocolate bark in the refrigerator to set for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely hardened.
  5. Once the chocolate sets and hardens completely, break the bark into smaller pieces. You can do this with your hands or a sharp knife.
  6. Store the pieces in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
